Meet Anjna

A London based, self taught artist, I work primarily in oil paints and watercolours. I aim to bring landscapes to life with depth and create portraits that resonate with personality and spirit.

I enjoy capturing scenes and moments with my camera, then using these images as a springboard for studio-based interpretations. Occasionally, I begin my process en plein air to immerse myself more fully in the atmosphere of the subject. I also accept commissions, working from photographs provided by clients.

My work is primarily figurative and I’m naturally drawn to vivid colours, which often feature prominently in my paintings. Through paint I aim to capture an impression of the stories and landscapes that inspire me.
